Within our structure, we have located our office where we like to be together, in this way, from design to construction, in all stages of the production process, our team is in constant communication and exchange of ideas.

Demarcated Areas
When we have Production at full speed, the space that is big suddenly starts to seem small. To eliminate any possibility of interference, communication noise and the invasion of space between different teams, a sense of organization is essential.
Our entire factory has work zones well demarcated and identified with appropriate signage, making it clear which area belongs to whom.
Thus, not only does it facilitate the management of daily activities, but it also improves day-to-day organization and cleanliness and also allows free movement from end-to-end without danger or interference.

Router
LIVE has always invested in new equipment and machinery. What we stand out the most is our Router.
With it, we implemented the computerized cutting process, where we managed to transform a vector drawing into an exclusive piece. The cutting of this equipment is used in special cuts, with shapes and curves, angles and creases, undercuts and engravings, drilling and machining.
This is applied to materials such as MDF, Wood, Plywood, Composite Aluminum, Plastics, Acrylic, Expanded PVC, Polystyrene, Polypropylene, among others...
When we think about cutting materials, we have in mind that we need something simple and practical, so the Router cut fits this need, in addition to being something simple that depends only on a drawing.
Pre-Assembling
LIVE's factory was designed to offer a wide area for pre-assembly and testing of all structures.
There is no structure that goes to the event that has not been pre-assembled and validated in our factory.
This guarantees us a very high level of assertiveness and time savings during assembly.
Independent Docks
Our factory structure has two independent docks for loading and unloading that can simultaneously accommodate large trailers.
